Portland, OR - July 12, 2023 - Kathleen Stuart, CEO of Stuart Collective, has been recognized with the prestigious 40 Under 40 award by the Portland Business Journal.

The Portland Business Journal describes recipients of the 2023 honor as “forty of the region's most influential professionals selected to represent our region. These are game-changers, move-makers, and forces of the future.”

As a political staffer to House and Senate Democrats, the Democratic Party of Oregon, and in leadership roles supporting Oregon Governor Tina Kotek when she served as Speaker of the House and former Oregon Governor Kate Brown, Stuart has played a role in numerous important electoral and legislative campaigns over the past decade. Among her achievements, she recently supported passage of the Student Success Act, which increased funding to public K-12 schools by $2 billion per biennium.
